Entry/Exit
FRONT DOOR
To Enter: Use the 4-digit code and wait 3 seconds, turn thumb bolt counter clockwise. Turn lower handle and enter.
To Exit: Pull door towards you and hold while pressing the “Schlage Key”. Turn thumb bolt clockwise or until you hear it securely lock.
BACK DOOR
To Enter: Use the 4-digit code and wait 3 seconds or until you hear the door unlock before turning the door handle.
To Exit: Pull the door shut and it will lock automatically. For additional security, turn the upper lock when inside. Please make sure the back door is locked at all times when not in use.
SECURITY
Motion censored cameras are located OUTSIDE ONLY in both the front and back of the home. These cameras are connected 24/7 to the host’s security system.

Additional items are located under the kitchen sink and in the hall closet on the upper level.
Appliances
AC/HEAT
The digital thermostat is located on the main level near the dinning/office area. For heat or cooling, select the setting and adjust the temperature by pressing the up or down arrowed buttons.
STOVE/OVEN
The stove and oven are gas heated. To operate the stove turn the selected knob fully to light the burner, then adjust to the desired flame/heat level. To operate the oven, use the touch-screen located on the top panel. For safety, please be sure to check that all knobs are in the fully off position and the panel is off when not in use.
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher is located in the kitchen next to the sink. To operate the dishwater, place ONE cleaning pod (located in the cabinet under the sink) in the inner door slot. Shut the door completely, then select your desired setting on the outer panel and press start. The dishwasher will automatically turn on and sound once it is finished.
WASHER/DRYER
The washer and dryer are located on the main level near the guest bathroom. To operate the washer place soiled clothing inside, then place the detergent (located under the kitchen sink in the designated area and selected the desired setting to start. To use the dryer, place clean clothing inside, shut door and select the desired setting then start.
TRASH
Outdoor trash bins are located in the the back of the house. Please separate items for recycling.

GROCERY/SHOPS
Shopping centers are located approximately 10 min from the neighborhood along 40 / Edmondson Ave.
RESTAURANTS/BARS
Recommend visiting the Fells Point neighborhood for a variety of restaurants/bars with scenic views along the harbor.
HIKING/TRAILS
Patapsco Valley State Park is located approximately 25min away.
HOSPITAL
Saint Anges Hospital (approx. 10min away)
Johns Hopkins Hospital (approx. 20min away)
Exit Check-List
✓ Place all trash in separate recycling and regular trash bins located in the back of the house. Insure both bins are able to fully close. Trash bins should stay at the edge of the driveway at all times.
✓ Rinse and place dirty dishes in dishwasher and close door. DO NOT turn dishwasher on before exiting the premises.
✓ Remove all used sheets and pillowcases from beds and place on the room floor.
✓ Place used towels in the washing machine. DO NOT turn on the washing machine before exiting the premises.
✓ Leave on Heat/AC at 70 degrees
✓ Lock BOTH front and back doors (see Entry/Exit section above for detailed instructions)
NO SMOKING in or on the premises is allowed. NO PETS.
NO USE of candles or fire inside the house.
We strongly encourage guest to utilize the coasters for beverages and to remove their shoes (complimentary slippers provided) in order to avoid any damage to the floors or furniture.
